The Chef’s Table Experience

is a brand-new, elevated dining event debuting at the 2026 Georgia Food & Wine Festival. Designed for discerning food and wine enthusiasts, this intimate, chef-driven experience delivers a refined, five-course, immersive dining journey where food, culture, lifestyle, and storytelling converge.

Unlike traditional tasting events, The Chef’s Table Experience is a curated, seated dining experience—a culinary theater that invites guests to slow down and fully engage. Each course is thoughtfully prepared by acclaimed chefs using Georgia-sourced ingredients and paired with complementary wines, with chefs sharing the inspiration, techniques, and regional influences behind every dish.

Set within the festival grounds, guests gather around an elegant long-table dinner, creating a communal atmosphere that celebrates hospitality, craftsmanship, and the vibrant culinary identity of Georgia.

“The Chef’s Table Experience is about more than exceptional food and wine,” said Jernard Wells. “It’s about slowing down, engaging the senses, and creating meaningful moments around the table. This experience represents the elevated, immersive direction of the Georgia Food & Wine Festival.”

With limited seating and a refined ambiance, The Chef’s Table Experience is one of the festival’s most exclusive offerings—perfect for culinary travelers, lifestyle enthusiasts, and guests seeking a truly memorable dining experience.

In 2018, Chef Leahy opened the Provencal-style restaurant, AIX, and adjoining wine bar, Tin Tin, in Atlanta’s hot West Midtown neighborhood. Both AIX and Tin Tin brought the flavors of his beloved French countryside to Atlanta’s Westside, offering twists on classic Provençal dishes with a Mediterranean flair. At Nick’s Westside, Chef Leahy has created a more approachable, broad-appealed menu that highlights Georgia’s small producers and features fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients. In December 2020, to meet the demand for local meal deliveries and capitalize on the growing trend of ghost kitchens, Chef Leahy launched Chicken Out. This chef-inspired, delivery only chicken concept operates out of Nick’s Westside kitchen and utilizes a Big Green Egg outside of the restaurant to smoke wings.
