Our story

The Georgia Food + Wine Festival was created to showcase the best of our region’s chefs, restaurants, beverage artisans, farmers, and makers. We saw such a rich opportunity in Georgia—especially being so close to Atlanta—to highlight some of the best food, talent, and hospitality in the country. What began as a local celebration has grown into a three-day culinary experience that brings thousands of guests together to enjoy exceptional food, craft beverages, live cooking demonstrations, and curated signature events.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: highlight the people and ingredients that define Georgia’s food culture, support local businesses, and create an unforgettable weekend of connection and community. Each event is crafted to offer something unique, from intimate tastings to high-energy celebrations.

Community Impact

The festival proudly supports SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center, raising funds and awareness for their critical work serving children and families in need. Every ticket sold helps advance SafePath’s mission of providing safety, hope, and healing in our community. The Festival has given over $75,000 towards SafePath in its first four years!

Georgia Grown Partnership

As the presenting sponsor of the Georgia Food + Wine Festival, Georgia Grown brings its mission to life through on-site activations including the Georgia Grown Member Village and the Georgia Grown Culinary Demo Stage. These experiences highlight the farmers, producers, and makers behind Georgia’s agricultural excellence, connecting guests with the people and products that define our state’s culinary landscape.
